Wednesday 30th Sept, 14:00 UK – 1st Virtual Clinic to discuss Module 1 – 1 hour
Module 2 – Working towards a Shared Goal – Your Organisation’s Vision
Wednesday 7th Oct, 14:00 UK – Complete module 2 online and meet with buddy group – 1 hour
Wednesday 14th Oct, 14:00 UK – 2nd virtual clinic to discuss Module 2 – 1 hour
Module 3 – Creating greater clarity, understanding and buy-in across all stakeholders (Outcomes)
Wednesday 21st Oct, 14:00 UK – Complete module 3 online and meet with the cohort– 1 hour
Module 4 – Creating greater clarity, understanding and buy-in across all stakeholders (Results) & Wrap-Up.
Wednesday 28th Oct, 14:00 UK – Complete module 4 online and Virtual clinic to discuss Module 4 & Wrap up of course – 1 hour
