April 17th – May 1st : Module 1 – 360 degree view of your business
Wednesday April 17th, 14:00 GMT – Kickstart – introduction to the course, purpose, structure and Q&A
Week of April 15th– Online learning – review material and start work on module 1 on the training hub
Week of April 22nd – Complete module 1 online and meet with buddy group.
You will be allocated a 1 hour meeting with your buddy group during this week.
Wednesday May 1st, 14:00 GMT – 1st Virtual Clinic to discuss Module 1
May 6th – May 22nd : Module 2 – Working towards a Shared Goal – Your Organisation’s Vision
Week of May 6th – Online leaning – review material and start work on module 2 on training hub
Week of May 13th – Complete module 2 online and meet with buddy group.
You will be allocated a 1 hour meeting with your buddy group during this week.
Wednesday May 22nd , 14:00GMT – 2nd virtual clinic to discuss Module 2
May 27th – June 12th Module 3 – Creating greater clarity, understanding and buy-in across all stakeholders (Outcomes)
Week of May 27th – Online leaning – review material and start work on module 3 on training hub
Week of June 3rd – Complete module 3 online and meet with buddy group.
You will be allocated a 1 hour meeting with your buddy group during this week.
Wednesday 12th June, 14:00 GMT – Virtual clinic to discuss Module 3
June 16th – July 10th : Module 4 – Creating greater clarity, understanding and buy-in across all stakeholders (Results) & Wrap-Up.
Week of June 16th – Online leaning – review material and start work on module 4 on training hub

Week of July 1st – Complete module 4 online and meet with buddy group.
