LATA Roundtable: Adapting to Hotter Holidays

21 July @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

As we swelter here in the UK you don’t need us to tell you that the climate is changing and that hotter temperatures are now a regular feature of the weather around the world.

These increased temperatures have a very significant impact on the human body, and mean that as part of your risk planning process you now have to seriously consider your client profile and how they may be affected.

Our colleagues at The Safer Tourism Foundation have been researching this problem, and I’m pleased to invite you to take part in a round-table discussion on how we adapt to mitigate the effects of hotter holidays.

This one-hour session will comprise an introductory presentation from The Safer Tourism Foundation, followed by an open forum for all participants. We hope that you will share your insights, and learn from your peers. The session will be held under Chatham House Rules to create a space where members are comfortable to share their thoughts – so obviously we won’t be recording the session or allowing AI note-takers!

This session is of relevance to anyone who manages risk in your organisation or develops product offerings.
