Working to reintroduce species into the Galapagos National Park

Events
Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands

At our next GCT webinar we’re joined by Dr Luis Ortiz-Catedral, science advisor to the Galapagos National Park Directorate, who will be discussing his work to support the reintroduction of species including the Floreana mockingbird, the Floreana racer snake and the Galapagos land iguana. Luis will be speaking to us just before he heads out into the field for two weeks, so this is a great opportunity to hear from a conservationist at the cutting edge of efforts to restore and rewild the Galapagos Archipelago.

Join us on Tuesday 3 March at 3pm UK time to learn more, with the opportunity to put your questions to Luis after his talk. We will be recording the webinar, so please do register even if you can’t attend on the day.
