April’s Earth Day was a moment to reflect on a commitment we carry forward every day. Sustainability shapes how we operate on the ground: supporting local communities, working with locally owned businesses, and promoting responsible practices.

Our carbon offset efforts include planting trees every year—over 180,000 so far, with a goal of 500,000 by 2030—alongside plastic-free travel and waste reduction. Recently, our founder Rafael Mayer and his son joined one of these initiatives in Cholila, Chubut, reinforcing this long-term commitment.
