As with all new sites, there’s a lot of information to copy across and things can go amiss.

✅Please check your company profile. First please check it in the Member Directory using the member tab at the top of the homepage.

✅Please ensure your company name is how you want other members to see it.

If there is anything that needs updating or amending you can do it by logging into My LATA.
You may be asked to reset your password

Currently, only the same people who had access to the old site will be able to log in but more emails can easily be added and we encourage you to do this.

⭐Your business page will now have much greater prominence. Please ensure you have as much business information as possible – logo, images, contact details and any relevant links. If we don’t have your logo it will show ours, which isn’t the best way to promote yourself!

⭐Check the Specialist Countries assigned to your business are correct. This should be any country you operate in or send customers to. Add any areas of expertise such as tailor-made or group holidays, adventure travel or families.

⭐Please add any useful contact details from your business into the company page so we can contact the most appropriate person each time. We are taking this opportunity to update our mailing lists so please check. It doesn’t have to just be your business’ Latin America product manager or sales representative.
