Due to exceptionally high water levels linked to El Niño, the Argentine side of Iguazú National Park is operating with restrictions. The Lower Circuit is open, offering views of six falls, and park services (restaurants, Gran Meliá hotel, Iguazú Jungle) are running normally. The Upper Circuit and Devil’s Throat remain closed until further notice. On the Brazilian side, the Devil’s Throat walkway was closed on 12 October. Circuits may open or close at short notice depending on river levels, so we check conditions daily and adapt visits accordingly. Itineraries are going ahead. Visitors are seeing the falls at a historic flow, which is a truly impressive sight.
