Terms and Conditions for two Tickets to Peru with LATAM Airlines

1. Participation in prize draw

   1. By participating in this prize draw, the winner are indicating his/her/they agreement to these terms and conditions.
   2. The prize draw will take place at the LATA & LATAM after WTM Party on November 7, 2023.

2. Eligibility to Enter:

   1. The prize draw is open to entrants who are over 18 years of age, employed within the travel industry, and be present at the time of the prize draw at event mentioned in Paragraph 2.
   2. By entering the prize draw, the winner confirm that they are eligible to participate and claim any prize.
   3. The prize, which includes two tickets (for the winner and his/her/they chosen companion) on the new London-Lima direct service from LATAM Airlines, is valid for one entry per individual only.

3. Prize Details:

   1. Prize: a maximum of £2500 (GBP) towards the issuance of 2 (two) air tickets with LATAM Airlines to Peru. £1250 GBP per passenger x 2 (total of £2500 GBP) hereinafter denominated as Prize.
   2. Destination: Peru
   3. Route: Must include a direct flight from London Heathrow (LHR) to Lima (LIM) – Origin UK
   4. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
   5. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control necessitate such a change.
   6. The decisions of LATAM Airlines regarding any aspect of the Prize draw are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding these decisions.

4. Winner Announcement:

   1. The LATAM Airlines and LATA representatives at the event specified in section 1 will announce the winner.
   2. If the winner is not present at the time of the announcement, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and LATAM Airlines reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Prize Collection Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review these Prize Collection Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) for the collection of the winner prize. By accepting the prize, the winner agree to abide by these terms. If the winner do not agree with these terms, please do not collect the prize.

1. Prize collection
   1. The winner must contact Steamond travel via Info@steamondtravel.com to request the issuance of the tickets.
   2. The winner must provide full details, Name as per the document of travel, their telephone number and email for further contact.
   3. Tickets must be issued on or before 31st January 2024.
   4. Only the verified winner can collect the prize associated this prize draw.
   5. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and any other information deemed necessary to confirm the winner’s eligibility to travel (a valid passport is required for the winner and the chosen companion for this trip).
   6. Travel period with last flight of the issued ticket being on or before 31st December 2024.
   7. Tickets must be issued on flights that must contain the LATAM Airlines New London Heathrow – Lima route, with origin in the UK and destination Peru.
   8. If the chosen itinerary is priced at a fare exceeding Prize amount, the winner will have to cover the exceeding expenses. (Fare difference)
   9. Once issued any voluntary changes will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the chosen fare.

2. Taxes and Fees and other expenses related to the travel:
   1. The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with their travel, the Prize is an incentive towards the issuance of the ticket as set in the section
      1. Prize collection of this document.
   2. LATAM Airlines S.A. will not cover these or any other expenses related to the winner`s travel.

3. Prize Non-Transferable:
   1. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another individual or entity.

4. Publicity:
   1. By accepting the prize, the winner grant LATAM Airlines the right to use the winner´s name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes.

5. Release and Liability:
   1. The winner may release LATAM Airlines from any and all liability associated with the prize and prize collection.

6. Disqualification:
   1. LATAM Airlines reserves the right to disqualify the winner or any associated passenger’s if they violate these T&Cs or engage in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
